bloodmods1. We ask that all players be over the age of 18 due to the graphic nature of the game. There will be blood, gore, and content that is potentially triggering. If you are under the age of 16 and are caught lying about your age you will be banned from the game. For the same reason, we will be utilizing permissions as well as warnings on logs and threads about potentially triggering subject matter.
2. Be polite to others. We ask that you be kind to other members of the game, this means if you’re wanking on others or caught doing acts that can lead to namedropping or other forms of anon hate / wank we will ask you to leave the game. This will only apply if we have proof that a player is doing such things.
3. No meta, info, or godmodding. We understand that it is very easy to godmode depending on what items a character brings in with them. We ask that you clear things with all characters involved if you wish to do something that could be seen as godmoding when related to a character killing another character. We also ask that info modding be avoided, characters will be given clean states every round and we will be enforcing this rule to keep the playing field fair to all players. Meta can be anything from fourth wall breaking to characters outright saying people are from TV shows and what not. We ask that if you do have a character that does these things that you have an opt out post for people to use.
4.Activity Checks Players of all living characters will be required to submit weekly activity. One strike for failed or insufficient activity is allowed before you will be dropped from the game.
The requirements are two threads of 10 comments by your character.
One of those threads is eligible to be redeemed for regains/items along with any additional threads you did above and beyond AC that were not linked for the requirement.
In the event something does happen, failing activity does not necessarily mean that you will no longer be able to participate in the game. It does, however, mean that your character will die in some fashion. If you are concerned that this may become an issue at any point in the game, please contact the mods as soon as possible. That will allow us time to try and plan with you a satisfying death for your character if you’d like.
However, we want all applicants to think about whether or not they will be able to meet this level of activity prior to joining. While we do understand that things happen-- this type of game is more fun when everyone participates.
5.Appable Characters Both canon characters and original characters will be accepted. Characters must be older than 16 years of age. However, if there are extenuating circumstances and you think your character is a good fit despite not being 16 or older, they may fit in under the maturity clause.
This applies to characters who's backgrounds lend themselves to being a suitable fit for a game of this caliber or who's ages are different mentally and physically. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis depending on the character.
